About us
XhaoLab is a software engineering practice. We engineer software for companies that have to work with it.
Small enough that you talk to the people who build it. Big enough for projects that go beyond a single program. No one stands between you and the code who only knows the technology second-hand.
What interests us is how a system holds up in production — not how it looks in a presentation. That shapes how we design, what we turn down and how we measure success.
How we work
You talk directly to the people building your project. No layer in between, nothing lost in handover — whoever builds the solution also knows your goals.
We explain technical terms instead of hiding behind them. You should be able to decide without being a developer. And if an idea costs budget without delivering value, we say so — even when it is yours.
We keep things informal – not to be casual, but because direct lines get better results than formal distance. If you'd rather keep it formal, just say so.
A launch is not the end of a project. Systems grow, requirements change, and some issues only surface once real people use them. We stay reachable.
The XhaoLab process in five steps
-
Analysis & Strategy
Analyse business goals, bottlenecks and potential. The result is a clear roadmap with measurable priorities.
-
Concept & Architecture
Information architecture, user flow, data flows and integrations are planned for scalability and performance.
-
Design & Prototype
A prototype makes the result tangible early — as a clickable page or interface, before the actual development starts.
-
Development & Integration
We build websites, applications and interfaces, and connect them to the systems already running. Load time and maintainability are requirements, not afterthoughts.
-
Launch & Optimisation
After launch we measure impact, reliability and usage — and refine the system based on those numbers.
All under one roof.
Websites, software and rescue for legacy systems – built in-house, at a fixed price.
