No right of withdrawal – business customers only
Our services are offered exclusively to businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) – companies, the self-employed and freelancers booking for their trade, business or profession. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for these contracts. We do not enter into contracts with consumers: if you book as a consumer, we will not accept the booking and will refund the amount paid promptly and in full.
